Caroline Lewis

Caroline identifies all new investment opportunities for Rogue and leverages her previous experience to assist portfolio companies with growth. In addition, she is the Managing Partner of Rogue Women, a Rogue fund investing in early seed stage women-led companies.

Caroline is the Managing Partner of Rogue Women’s Fund and Kauffman Fellow. Caroline joined Rogue Venture Partners in 2018, leading a new strategy to focus on women-led tech companies. Prior to Rogue, Caroline was Senior Director in Strategy and Operations for Global Design, Product, and Merchandising at Nike where she managed a portfolio of strategic programs focused on consumer experience, digitization, and big data. Prior to being recruited to work for Nike, Caroline was a management consultant for Propeller and Hitachi Consulting, working with Fortune 100 companies on enterprise technology implementations and organizational restructuring. Her love for start-ups comes from her early career experience as a founder for an e-commerce business and as a leader at a consumer health product company.

Caroline graduated as a Division 1 Field Hockey player with an MS in Psychology from Davidson College, in Davidson, North Carolina. She then received an MBA with a focus on entrepreneurship from Portland State University.

Kerri Leathers

Kerri Leathers is a Venture Partner with Rogue Women’s Fund. Kerri brings her years of operator experience to help the portfolio and source and assess new opportunities.

Kerri has over 15 years of extensive experience in Finance, Accounting, and Strategic Operations in startup-midcap companies west of the Mississippi. Prior to Rogue, Kerri was the VP of Finance for a venture-capital Fintech company where she was responsible for investor relations, strategic planning, and all financial operations. Prior to Fintech, Kerri worked with Amnis Biotechnologies, Saber Corp, Sabrix Technologies, Konami, MGM Resorts International, and Sam Villa. Kerri holds Bachelors degrees in Biochemistry and Accounting from Louisiana State University.
Kerri’s participation in our VC-in-Residence program is to enable her to launch her inaugural fund in 2022 focused on undercapitalized technology founders with an emphasis on Fintech, Future of Work, Accounting and Back-Office Technology, and Decentralization. Kerri is a self-proclaimed Technophile but her first love is playing the floor is lava with her daughter.

Adam Stoll

Adam is a Partner at Rogue Venture Partners where he joined in 2015.

Prior to Rogue, Adam was CFO of Smart Choice MRI, a growth focused privately held healthcare services company based in Milwaukee, WI.  In that position, Adam oversaw all financial operations and focused on overarching financial strategy and planning.  Prior to his role at Smart Choice, Adam was a Global Program Manager for Exit Games, a German based, venture capital backed technology company.

Adam graduated with a BA in International Comparative Policy Studies and Political Science from Reed College in Portland, Oregon. He then received an MBA with honors from the Graduate School of Management at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Adam is a fluent Spanish and Catalan speaker and loves to garden and be in the mountains whenever possible.

Prior to Rogue, he was the CEO of Exit Games Inc. Exit Games is a venture backed technology company with a focus on the video game industry. Prior to Exit Games he was the CEO of the venture backed company Blade3D headquartered in Shanghai, China. Prior to his role at Blade3D, held senior management positions with HNC Software and Looking Glass Studios. Tom began his career at Microsoft Corporation, where he was a founding member of the Games Division.
